To all of the Westside who made it out on Saturday evening at the Watson Block Party- a huge thank you!! It was a wonderful event, and Keith & Chris appreciated all your help and prayers!

No Community Group Tonight

Just a reminder Westside that we will NOT be meeting tonight at 7:00 pm. Our next meeting will be at the Watson's home for the Block Party, July 30 (4-7 pm).

Ice Cream Social

Westside Group!

Our next gathering on July 6 at 7:00 pm will be at the home of John & Colleen Metzger (9408 Paulding St. NW, Massillon). We'll be hosting an ice cream sundae party. Ice cream will be provided, but please bring your favorite ice cream toppings- chocolate chips, fudge sauce, marshmallows, cherries, whipped cream...you get the idea!

Also, we'll be sharing more details at this meeting about our "Invite a Friend Night" on July 15 (Friday). Here are some preliminary details-

Outreach Opportunity for the Westside

A co-worker of mine needs to move her family of five approximately two miles. They have not lived in this area that long and could really use the help. The location is in Perry Township, between Canton and Massillon, and they will be neighbors with Mike Williams (so this fits within the West Community group). This is a “huge evangelistic opportunity” for an ongoing relationship that I have been nurturing for a few years. I have already enlisted some of the young people in the church. I am praying God will provide an “army” of helpers, vans, pickups and bodies so this opportunity will move quickly and yet be fun also. I am also praying God will touch this entire family through the labors of His servants. The moving date is set for Friday late afternoon / evening of June 24.
